Allah Made the Flowers and Trees
Learn about the beautiful plants Allah created for us.
Allah made all the flowers and trees! He made red roses, yellow sunflowers, green grass, and tall trees. Allah says in the Quran: And the earth — We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein something of every beautiful kind. Flowers are like Allah's decoration for the earth! They come in so many colors and they smell beautiful. Trees give us fruits like apples, oranges, and bananas. Trees also give us shade on hot days and oxygen to breathe. When you see a flower, say SubhanAllah! — Glory to Allah! Because every flower is a sign of Allah's creativity and love. The Prophet ﷺ said: If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, person, or animal eats from it, it is a charity for that Muslim. So planting trees is a good deed in Islam!
