Wudu means washing before we pray. It is how we get clean for Allah! Here is how we make wudu: 1. Say Bismillah. 2. Wash both hands three times. 3. Rinse your mouth three times. 4. Rinse your nose three times. 5. Wash your face three times. 6. Wash your arms up to elbows three times (right first!). 7. Wipe your head once. 8. Wipe your ears once. 9. Wash your feet up to ankles three times (right first!). Always start with the right side! The Prophet ﷺ said: Cleanliness is half of faith. When we make wudu, Allah washes away our little mistakes. Wudu is like a mini bath that makes us clean and ready to pray to Allah!

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ
Ya ayyuha alladhina amanu idha qumtum ila as-salati faghsilu wujoohakum
Translation: O you who believe, when you rise for prayer, wash your faces.
