Saying Bismillah - In the Name of Allah
Learn the beautiful words 'Bismillah' that we say before everything we do.
Bismillah means 'In the name of Allah.' We say Bismillah before we eat, before we drink, before we start something new, and before we go to sleep. When we say Bismillah, we ask Allah to bless what we are doing. The Prophet ﷺ told us that every important thing that doesn't start with Bismillah is not blessed. So remember: before you eat, say Bismillah! Before you drink, say Bismillah! Before you play, say Bismillah! Allah will bless everything you do.
