Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) was the beloved son of Prophet Yaqub (AS). Yusuf had a beautiful dream where the sun, the moon, and eleven stars were bowing to him. His father warned him not to tell his brothers, because they were jealous of him. His brothers were jealous because their father loved Yusuf most. They plotted to get rid of him. They threw Yusuf into a deep well and told their father that a wolf ate him. A caravan found Yusuf in the well and sold him as a slave in Egypt. In Egypt, Yusuf was bought by a nobleman named Aziz. Yusuf grew up to be very handsome and wise. The Aziz's wife tried to tempt Yusuf, but he refused and remained faithful to Allah. Because of false accusations, Yusuf was sent to prison, even though he was innocent. In prison, Yusuf interpreted dreams. He told two prisoners about their dreams, and both came true. Years later, the King of Egypt had a confusing dream. Yusuf interpreted it — there would be seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine. The King was impressed and released Yusuf, making him the minister of finance. During the famine, Yusuf's brothers came to Egypt to buy food. They didn't recognize him. After testing them, Yusuf revealed his identity. He forgave his brothers and brought his father and the whole family to Egypt. Prophet Yaqub's patience throughout the years was rewarded, and Yusuf's dream came true when his family bowed to him in Egypt.

Translation: O my son, do not relate your vision to your brothers or they will contrive against you a plan.
Authentic Hadith
The Prophet ﷺ said: 'How wonderful is the case of a believer! There is good for him in whatever happens to him — if he experiences prosperity, he is grateful, and that is good for him; and if adversity falls on him, he is patient, and that is good for him.'
